Social-First Content
With a background in film production, I spent over 15 years leading complex shoots and delivering high-end visual content, most recently as Head of Production at a London-based film studio.
In 2026, I shifted into a more hands-on, social-first approach, focusing on photography, videography, editing, and content strategy, particularly within the running and wellness space.
What started as a creative pivot quickly became a deep understanding of how authentic storytelling, platform-native content, and community-driven marketing can build real engagement online.
Alongside creating content, I also manage workflows, oversee production logistics, analyse performance metrics, and shape content around audience behaviour and platform trends. My experience spans everything from long-form YouTube production to short-form vertical content designed for reach, retention, and conversion.
Most of my recent work has centred around the weekly YouTube podcast Uplift Conversations, where I lead production, filming, editing, and social content delivery across platforms.
Currently looking to collaborate with race organisers, fitness brands, and community-led businesses to create high-energy, social-first content that captures authentic moments and connects meaningfully with audiences across platforms.
All photography on this page was shot on a Sony A7C.
I primarily edit in DaVinci Resolve and CapCut, and have also worked extensively across Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
“I run because long after my footprints fade away, maybe
I will have inspired a few to reject the easy path, hit the trails, put one foot in front of the other, and come to the same conclusion I did: I run because it
always takes me where I want to go.”
