Filmmaker • Podcaster • Runner

I’m Zaira Brilhante. I spent more than fifteen years building a career behind the scenes in film and virtual production, helping create stories for some of the biggest screens in the world. Over time, I realised I was ready to tell my own.

My work now sits at the intersection of creativity, personal growth, and movement. I’m a filmmaker, a podcaster, and a marathon runner, and I use each of these worlds to explore the same question. How do we build lives that feel meaningful, intentional, and ours again.

I talk openly about career change and starting over, because I’ve lived through my own pivot, leaving a senior leadership role to pursue work that aligned with my values. Running became a big part of that journey. It taught me discipline, resilience, patience, and the quiet confidence that comes from taking things one step at a time. Those lessons now shape the way I create, coach, and lead.

Today I split my time between producing content for brands and creators, coaching runners of all levels, hosting the podcast Uplift Conversations, and helping people and teams navigate moments of transition. Whether it’s through storytelling, training, or strategy, my goal is always the same. To help people find clarity, take action, and grow with intention.

If you’re here because you’re curious about building a different kind of life or career, welcome. You’re in the right place.
