I haven’t always been a runner…

In fact, for most of my life, I couldn’t think of anything worse.

So when I decided to do something in memory of my grandmother in 2016, somehow running became the answer. It definitely wasn’t love at first stride. Running is hard. Really hard.

But somewhere between the struggle, the setbacks, and eventually recovering from a broken knee, something changed. Now, almost 10 years later, running has become the longest love affair of my life.

It has grounded me during some of the hardest moments I’ve faced, but it has also given me some of my greatest highs. Running continues to remind me that we are capable of far more than we believe possible.

That journey eventually led me to qualify as a Running Coach and Personal Trainer.

Today, I coach runners and everyday athletes of all levels through 1:1 coaching, strength training, running form sessions, workshops, and community-led training. My approach combines evidence-based training with real-life experience, focusing not just on performance, but also confidence, longevity, resilience, and enjoyment.

Whether your goal is to run your first 5K, build strength for life, improve your running form, train for a marathon, or simply reconnect with movement again, I’d love to help you get there.

And hopefully, somewhere along the way, you might fall in love with it too.

This page is where I share resources, reflections, training insights, and everything I continue to learn through movement, coaching, and running.

“I run because long after my footprints fade away, maybe I will have inspired a few to reject the easy path, hit the trails, put one foot in front of the other,
and come to the same conclusion I did:
I run because it always takes me where I want to go.”

Knowing your training paces can make a huge difference to how effective and enjoyable your running feels.

This calculator helps you translate a recent race or time trial into realistic pace ranges for different distances, so your easy runs stay easy and your hard sessions are actually hard, without falling into the one-pace-fits-all trap.

Knowing your training Zones is key to how effective and enjoyable your running feels.

You can use the calculator on this page to follow my approach and determine what your zones should be today.

Having different gears in your gear box is super important to develop as a runner, and most of all, to prevent injury! This document aims to help you know the difference between these and when to use them.
